All rights are reserved.
This includes but is not limited to: the BNS Asset Manager, School Activity Manager, CamPoint, Small Business Manager, and all other software products created by or on behalf of Wardana Technologies.
The name "Wardana Technologies," associated trademarks, brand marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners. No right to use these marks is granted without prior written permission.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, sell, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from any software, code, or design asset associated with Wardana Technologies without explicit prior written consent from the IP owner.
This website is provided for informational purposes only. You are permitted to access and browse this website for personal, non-commercial use.

Wardana Technologies develops bespoke and SaaS software products for clients and institutions. Where a separate Software Service Agreement exists between Wardana Technologies and a client organisation, that agreement governs the terms of that specific engagement.
All client engagements are subject to a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the applicable software. The underlying platform, source code, and all intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Michael Janmaka Abeyweera Gunawardana at all times, regardless of any customisation performed for a client.
Clients may not sublicense, resell, redistribute, or attempt to replicate any software system developed by Wardana Technologies.
When you submit a message through our contact form, your name, email address, and message content are transmitted to Wardana Technologies via Google Forms infrastructure. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
This website and any information contained herein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
