The commercial service provider is Anthony Ravin Gunawardana, sole proprietor trading as ARG & Associates (the "Supplier"). Wardana Technologies is an independent software brand owned by Michael Janmaka Abeyweera Gunawardana and commercially operated by the Supplier under licence.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use any part of this website or associated services.
All software products, platforms, source code, database schemas, user interface designs, business logic, documentation, brand assets, and derivatives developed under the Wardana Technologies name remain the exclusive intellectual property of Michael Janmaka Abeyweera Gunawardana. Anthony Ravin Gunawardana, trading as ARG & Associates, is authorised under licence to market, contract for, sell, implement, support, and grant approved customer-use rights in those products.
This includes but is not limited to: the Asset Operations Platform, School Activity Manager, Academy Operations Platform, Small Business Manager, and all other software products created by or on behalf of Wardana Technologies.
The name "Wardana Technologies," associated trademarks, brand marks, and logos are owned by Michael Janmaka Abeyweera Gunawardana. No right to use these marks is granted except through an applicable customer agreement or prior written permission from the owner or an authorised licensee.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, sell, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from any software, code, or design asset associated with Wardana Technologies without explicit prior written consent from the IP owner.
This website is provided for informational purposes only. You are permitted to access and browse this website for personal, non-commercial use.

The Supplier provides bespoke and SaaS software products under the Wardana Technologies brand. A proposal, Software Service Agreement, subscription agreement, statement of work, or other contract issued by Anthony Ravin Gunawardana trading as ARG & Associates governs the relevant client engagement.
Unless a signed agreement expressly provides otherwise, each client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the applicable software. The underlying platforms, reusable source code, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Michael Janmaka Abeyweera Gunawardana. The Supplier grants customer-use rights as an authorised commercial licensee.
Clients may not sublicense, resell, redistribute, or attempt to replicate any software system developed by Wardana Technologies.
When you submit a project brief through our contact form, your name, work email address, organisation, project preferences, and message content are transmitted to the Supplier through Wardana Technologies-branded Google Forms infrastructure. The information is used to assess and respond to your enquiry. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
This website and any information contained herein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The Supplier does not warrant that this website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anthony Ravin Gunawardana trading as ARG & Associates and, where relevant solely in his capacity as brand and intellectual-property owner, Michael Janmaka Abeyweera Gunawardana shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use this website.
The Supplier's total liability for a claim arising solely from use of this informational website shall not exceed LKR 10,000. Separate client agreements may establish different remedies and liability limits for paid services.
This website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. The Supplier has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.
The Supplier may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of this website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute before initiating formal legal proceedings.
