Camera Point - CPKC
Account and data deletion
Request deletion of your Camera Point - CPKC account and eligible personal data, even if you no longer have the app installed.
Submit a deletion request
Email wardanatechnologies@gmail.com from the address registered to your app account. Use the subject Camera Point CPKC account deletion request.
What to include
- Your full name.
- The email address registered to the account.
- Your role: student, lecturer, or administrator.
- A clear request to delete the account and associated personal data.
Do not send your password, authentication code, payment-card details, government ID image, or unrelated sensitive information.
Identity verification and timing
To protect users, the operator or an authorized CPKC administrator must verify that the requester controls the account or is otherwise authorized. Verification normally begins through a reply to the registered email address; if that is unavailable, support will offer another proportionate method.
We aim to acknowledge a request promptly and complete eligible deletion within 30 days after verification. If more time is reasonably required, the response will explain why and provide an updated timeframe.
What is deleted
Eligible deletion includes disabling and deleting the authentication account, profile and contact details, active session relationships, and user-created files or content that can be removed without harming another person's rights or the integrity of a record that must lawfully be retained. Where practical, personal identifiers in retained records will be removed or access-restricted.
What may be retained
- Academic, attendance, assessment, and certification records needed to preserve qualifications, issued certificates, or institutional history.
- Payment, fee, and transaction records required for accounting, dispute, or legal obligations.
- Security, safeguarding, and audit records needed to investigate misuse, protect users, or prove authorized actions.
- Dispute or legal records subject to an active claim, legal hold, or statutory requirement.
Retained records are limited to the applicable purpose and access-restricted. A final fixed CPKC retention schedule has not yet been published. If retention applies to your request, the response will identify the category, reason, and applicable period or retention criterion; the record will be deleted or anonymized when that obligation ends.
After deletion
Deletion may be irreversible. You may lose access to courses, submissions, feedback, saved files, certificates within the app, and role-specific workspaces. A separately verifiable institutional certificate or legally retained record may continue to exist even after app access is removed.
Need another verification route?
If you cannot email from the registered address, use Camera Point - CPKC support and explain the access problem without sending a password or authentication code.
