Account deletion
Request deletion of your Academy Operations App account and the personal data associated with it, even if you no longer have the app installed.
Submit your request
Email wardanatechnologies@gmail.com from the email address registered to your app account. Use the subject Academy Operations App account deletion request.
What to include
- Your full name.
- The email address registered to the account.
- Your role: student, lecturer, or administrator.
- A clear request to delete your Academy Operations App account and associated personal data.
Do not send your password, authentication codes, payment-card details, government ID images, or unnecessary sensitive information.
Verification and timing
To protect users, we must verify that the requester controls the account or is otherwise authorized. We may reply with a limited verification request. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete eligible deletion within 30 days. We will explain if more time or information is reasonably required.
What is deleted
Eligible deletion covers the app account, profile, authentication relationship, and personal data associated with the account, including user-created content where deletion does not conflict with another person's rights or a lawful retention obligation.
What may be retained
Limited academic, certification, financial, security, safeguarding, dispute, or audit records may be retained where required by law or legitimate institutional obligations. Retained records are access-restricted and kept only for the applicable purpose. We will describe relevant retention when responding to a verified request.

If you cannot email from the registered address, contact app support and explain why. We will provide another reasonable verification path.
